<image:caption>Growing up with a family that owned small businesses, I quickly learned the value of hard work and of treating people the right way. I will apply these same values to your business to build upon the legacy that you have created. Good grades and basketball earned me the opportunity for a great education at Washington University in St. Louis. I then took a job with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and was able to move up the ranks quickly. I led teams where we helped clients understand the business and financial risks of hundreds of companies and along the way earned an MBA from the University of Chicago. As my wife, Katelyn, and I began thinking about our own family, it became clear that I wanted more control over my destiny and to follow in my family's footsteps. I would love the opportunity to do just that while carrying on your company’s legacy.</image:caption>
